Quick Start
Follow these simple steps to start using Hubrank for keyword research, content generation, and SEO enhancement.
1. Login / Register
- Visit Hubrank: Go to app.hubrank.co (opens in a new tab).
- Register or Log In: If you’re new, complete the registration. Otherwise, log in with your existing credentials.
- Google Login Option: Alternatively, you can log in quickly using your Google account from the login page.
2. Keyword Suggestion
Identify relevant keywords to target based on search metrics.

Enter a Seed Phrase: Start by entering a word or phrase that describes your topic.

Choose Language and Location: Select the language and the geographic region you want to target for more localized keyword insights.

View Keyword Results: You’ll get a list of keywords along with important metrics like:
- Keyword Difficulty (KD): Indicates how challenging it may be to rank for this keyword.
- CPC: The average cost-per-click if running ads for this keyword.
- Search Volume: The number of times users search for this keyword monthly.
- Intent: Shows the user’s search intent, helping you align content to user needs.

Export Results to CSV: Click the Export button to download the keyword list and metrics in a CSV file. This allows you to analyze, sort, and plan your keywords offline or in other tools.
3. People Also Ask
Find related questions that users are searching for to enrich your content.

Input a Seed Phrase: Enter a keyword or phrase relevant to your content or niche.

Select Language and Location: Choose the target language and region to refine your search.

Review Related Questions: View a list of related questions to enrich your content

Drill Down for More Questions: For any question on the list, click to expand and view additional related questions, allowing you to explore specific topics in greater depth.
4. Generate Long-Form Content
Create in-depth, optimized articles based on selected keywords.
- Select a Keyword: From either the Keyword Suggestions or People Also Ask results, click on the Generate Content button next to your chosen keyword.

Customize Content Settings: Fill in details to tailor the content:
- Tone of Voice: Set the desired tone, such as professional, friendly, or authoritative.
- Blog Type: Choose between a regular blog or a listicle format.
- Point of View: Select from options like first person singular, first person plural, second person, or third person.

Generate Outline: Click Next Step to create an outline. You can modify the outline to suit your content goals.

Generate Content: After reviewing the outline, click Generate Content to create a comprehensive article.

Save or Publish to WordPress : Once generated, you can:
- Save the Content: Store it within Hubrank for future reference or edits.
- Publish to WordPress: If WordPress integration is configured (found in the Integration menu), you can publish directly from Hubrank to your WordPress site.
